EPGP Epilepsy Phenome/Genome Project – Privacy Statement 

 

The following privacy statement describes how we collect and use information from the EPGP Web site. You can use this information to determine whether you want to share information about you with us.

 What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you choose to provide information about yourself to us through this Web site, we collect information such as: name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. Information about you requested by us is used for the purpose stated on the Web page where you provide the information.

 To keep you informed (e.g., special events, news, alerts, seminars, announcements), we might use personal information collected from the EPGP Web site for future communications.
